Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a $25 charge for each service. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving early gives you time to transition from the outside world and unwind with complimentary beverages in our serene lounge. New clients will also have paperwork to fill out prior to appointment. Arriving late cheats you out of valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end on time in consideration to the next client.
Our Spa Lounge offers a welcoming respite from the demands of the outside world. We ask that you please disconnect cell phones while in any of our spa areas. Our lounge is a place of relaxation and we encourage you to immerse yourself in the environment. Warm and cold beverages, champagne and fine wines are available to all spa guests over 21.
Spa gift certificates are available in any denomination or service at the gym front desk.
